By downloading, installing, or using the ScanWow mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

OCR Service Accuracy

ScanWow's optical character recognition (OCR) service is provided on a "best effort" basis. While we strive for high accuracy:

Cloud Processing Service

When Magic Cloud (AI-powered OCR) is enabled:

For fully offline operation, disable Magic Cloud in the app settings. On-device processing uses Tesseract.js and does not require internet connectivity.

Purchase and Payments

One-Time Purchase

ScanWow is available as a one-time purchase of $4.99 (USD). This purchase grants you lifetime access to all features of the App. There are no subscriptions or recurring fees.

Refunds

Refund requests are handled by Apple according to their App Store policies. Contact Apple Support to request a refund for any App Store purchase.

Disclaimer of Warranties

We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. We do not guarantee the accuracy of OCR text extraction or any other output generated by the App.
